Easy Paleo Meals – Made Once a Week

Even if you enjoy spending time in the kitchen every once in a while, it’s nice to have a way to prepare healthy meals in advance so you have less to worry about if you have busy week ahead.

The video below shows you how to prepare all of your week’s meals at one time. You can cook a bunch of different foods all at one time so that during the week you have lots of items to choose from which are all ready to eat.

It covers everything from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Plus, this concept works even if you are trying to make paleo meals for one. If you are looking for easy paleo recipes, you can’t get much easier than this. It’s good clean fuel, and I personally like to spice things up with simple seasonings and coconut oil.

You won’t have to eat the same thing at every meal and you can get a wide variety of nutrients from different foods throughout the week. Most of all, if you’re running late and need to grab something and go – your fridge is ready for you to help yourself. No need to succumb to that bag of chips of fast food sandwich…
