Raw More Superfood Paleo Bars are part of the line of products “Schinoussa Sea Vegetables” made by Quantum Nutrition, Inc.
The concept behind the Schinoussa products is that they pH balance the body and provide free radical protection by containing a blend of raw superfood algae, including spirulina and chlorella.
What Makes Paleo Bars with Sea Vegetables So Great?
By doing so, they provide numerous other health benefits simultaneously, such as detoxification, weight loss, energy, immune support and slowing down the aging process.
According to WebMD, chlorella is used for preventing cancer, stimulating the immune system, protecting the body against toxic metals, slowing the aging process, aiding in digestion, relieving PMS, reducing cholesterol, treating constipation, reducing asthma attacks and for fibromyalgia. They actually provide a longer list, but I figured that was enough to get your attention.
Get a Dose of Greens with Your Protein…
As I mentioned above, not only are their products paleo-friendly, but they contain concentrated greens (Spirulina, Chlorella, Blue Green Algae E3Live). We hear a lot about grass fed beef, free range chicken and of course bacon on the paleo diet, but some people struggle to get enough leafy greens and vegetables into their meals. Having a dose in your snack bars is definitely a benefit.
What About Other Ingredients in Raw Superfood Paleo Bars?
By the way, for people who want a raw snack or who are looking for an organic or vegetarian option, look no further. Raw More has it all – well, except grains, legumes and dairy of course.
Here’s a look at the ingredient label for the Cacao bar (other flavors contain similar ingredients):
Soaked Organic Cashews, Soaked Organic Almonds, Organic Sprouted Sunflower Seeds, Organic Coconut Flakes, Organic Sprouted Buckwheat, Raw Organic Agave Nectar, Organic Golden Flax Seed, Organic Coconut Oil, Organic Dates, Organic Chia Seeds, Schinoussa Organic Sea Vegetables (Spirulina, Chlorella, Blue Green Algae E3Live), Organic Flavors, Organic Vanilla.
What Flavors Do They Have?
There are 7 flavors, all with similar calories, protein, fat, sugar and fiber content. The Peanut Butter and Fruit and Nut Flavors are the highest in protein if you are looking for higher protein content.

What’s the Cost of Raw Superfood Paleo Bars?
Quantum Nutrition sells the protein bars direct through their website for $38/12-bar box. However, we found them for sale at VitaSprings.com for cheaper – about $31/12-bar box.
Priced comparably with other competitors, Raw More definitely packs a punch. I know plenty of people who buy green/antioxidant/anti-aging supplements separate from their protein shakes or bars, but with these snacks, you get 2-for one. Another company that makes paleo bars with organic greens like spinach, spirulina and chorella is Amazing Grass. However, their bars don’t contain as much protein – about 5 grams per serving.
